Our vegan cooking classes can teach you all that.

Details

  • Learn 3 recipes per class. Instructions handout included. No prior experience required.
  • Price: $40/person. All classes held at Arya Bhavan restaurant with proper social distancing and safety precautions. Participants MUST WEAR A MASK.
  • Registration required. 10 ppl max per class. No walk-ins. 48-hour notice needed for cancellations.

Vegan by birth, Chef Kirti is the heart of Arya Bhavan. She has always had a big passion for healthy cooking and has made it her mission to teach others how to make food that is good for the body, the mind, and the soul.

Is it possible to splurge on pizza in a healthy way? Health experts agree that most pizzas out there, whether restaurant- or store-bought, are chock-full of empty calories, high in sodium, and made with heavily processed ingredients, all the way down to the crust. That includes vegan pizzas…but we’ve got the solution for you! Learn to make your own vegan pizza with nothing but healthy ingredients and then splurge to your heart’s content!

A versatile and nutritious ingredient, lentils are a huge part of Indian cuisine. In this class, you will learn how to cook with lentils to make dishes that are rich in fiber and protein:

Embrace the beauty of the fall season by putting its flavors on your table through healthy recipes.
