Our vegan cooking classes can teach you all that.

Details

  • Learn 3 recipes per class. Instructions handout included. No prior experience required.
  • Price: $40/person. All classes held at Arya Bhavan restaurant with proper social distancing and safety precautions. Proof of vaccination required. Participants MUST WEAR A MASK.
  • Registration required. 10 ppl max per class. No walk-ins. 48-hour notice needed for cancellations.

Vegan by birth, Chef Kirti is the heart of Arya Bhavan. She has always had a big passion for healthy cooking and has made it her mission to teach others how to make food that is good for the body, the mind, and the soul.

Recipes for a Seasonal Detox You Can Truly Enjoy

Your body should detox every season but “detoxing” is not something we usually look forward to. That’s about to change! These recipes will make your detox will bring lots of flavor to your detox.

All the recipes in this class include “raw” food, i.e. food prepared below 118 degrees to preserve all its enzymes, vitamins, proteins, and minerals – all the good stuff our body needs to fight inflammations and stay strong and healthy.

  • Veggie Rolls: a mix of avocado, Indian spices and veggies wrapped in collard green with dipping sauce

COVID-19 POLICY:

We are now requiring proof of vaccination for our classes (to be checked at the door). We respect everyone’s decision to get or not get vaccinated. However, given the current situation, we’ve had to make this difficult decision in order to protect the health of our staff and patrons. We want to keep our restaurant a safe place for all.

Participants must wear a mask at all times while inside the restaurant. Those who don’t comply will be asked to leave.
