Why Choose Raw?
The demand for raw vegan food in Chicago has been increasing steadily over the past couple of years, yet it is still so difficult to find good raw dishes in our city. We aim to fill that void by including raw recipes in our menu, our meal plans, and our cooking classes.
Raw food is prepared below 118 degrees to preserve all its enzymes, vitamins, proteins, and minerals…all the good stuff that our body needs and is greatly reduced in processed and cooked food.
Raw food helps with weight loss, detox, skin eruptions, and inflammation. It contributes to increased energy, anti-aging, body alkalinity and, overall, keeping our body healthy and strong.

We now have an a la carte selection of raw fusion dishes and we are working on new additions to the menu! Most of our raw food is prepared with no oil.
